Dr. 小罗纳德·布里格斯. was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and recently lived in Phoenix, Arizona for 12 years. He received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Education degrees from the University of Toledo and earned his doctoral degree in Higher Education from Arizona State University.2008年，博士.
